In their latest collection called Picturebook II they have engaged the design expertise of 3 well-known children’s book illustrators – Frann Preston-Gannon, Christopher Corr and Yuval Zommer. Together, they have produced a wide range of designs for children of all ages. More than that, their goal was to help parents create bedrooms that stimulate creativity, curiosity, learning and unstructured play. In our opinion, they absolutely achieved their goal!
Villa Nova’s Picturebook II taps into the things that intrigue children of all ages. Often based on the natural world, their fabrics include designs inspired by nature, space, marine life, fairytales, dragons, forests, frogs and fantasy. Textures are also incorporated into some designs which can be important for children who learn through touch.
Within each range are fabrics designed to mix and match beautifully together using sprinkles, stripes, flowers, plains and sheers. It’s these fabrics that will take your child’s bedroom into their teen years.
